The Roots of Reciprocity

The Reciprocity Academy is still under development. We shape and develop the foundations together with our communities.

It will be not only an educational platform or curriculum developed by Chautuileo in close collaboration with other Indigenous knowledge keepers.

It is built on the fundamental principle that knowledge, skills, and art are living gifts to be shared through circulation and exchange.

Our Program:
How you can contribute

The Reciprocity Academy provides a unique alternative to traditional top-down education. By bridging the gap between academic theory and lived experience, the Academy facilitates a "Gift Economy" of skills, care, and attention.

The curriculum is designed to activate the wisdom present within a community—from the practical expertise of the worker to the ancestral stories of the elders.

Professional Services for Organizations:

  • Curriculum Development: Custom-built educational programs rooted in reciprocity and Indigenous systems thinking.

  • Collective Learning Sessions: Facilitated exchanges that strengthen social cohesion and internal connection within teams and communities.

  • Knowledge-Sharing Workshops: Immersive sessions where participants learn to value diverse forms of expertise and mutual support.

  • Expert Collaboration: Programs often feature insights from a diverse network of Indigenous practitioners, ensuring a rich and multifaceted perspective.

Do you want to contribute to the Reciprocity Academy: Please contact Chautuileo Tranamil.
